Re: V6-V8 swap

While I tend to agree,according to his avatar,he uses it as a work truck.....its not a show truck.If he hadnt already swapped in the 205 t case Id say keep the V6,but since he has and it isnt 100% unmolested and he already has the 350 to use,I say use it.Now,yes the V6 is tired and worn out,but you could sell the 350 and get a rebuild kit for it.......

Why can't more people think like Dustin? It would cost me more to completely rebuild the V6 than it would be to swap in/soup up my 350. The V6 will go back in when I grow up, whether that be 5 or 25 years from now.

But anyway, people have their own opinions. I think this thread has ran its course, I got all the info I need.
