Glad to see you are getting back into this...

Jon hit the nail on the head. Sure some people will buy his and not be happy with them but with your deisgn offers and better material you could have testimonials from some of the guys and gals on here that have used yours and can brag about how good it was to use for them.

Re: Just tossing around an idea....

Heather, I could help advertise for you on 73-87.com if you are interested. LOTS of 73-87 owners visit it every day.

I also agree with the rest on what you should and shouldn't be doing. Sure, yours may end up being a little more expensive, but I would much rather get a good product and good customer service at a slightly higher price versus a product from a questionable individual with questionable practices that isn't of the same quality. If you advertise it and market it properly, you will do just fine.

Re: Just tossing around an idea....

Thanks guys. I'll take you up on your offer Jeff. It's true that a webpage is the only way to do this so I need to brush up on my web design skills. I've been sitting in a server room maintaining servers, writing scripts and reports so my html skills have gotten very rusty. I'll send you a link once I get something set up and going. It won't be until the end of this month though.

Re: Just tossing around an idea....

Send me something to give to all these people I are sending you. I DON'T recommend the other guy you listed due to the rep his stuff has. I would much rather promote yours (and I do) since I know they are good.

Re: Just tossing around an idea....

Sure thing wildmanaaron

I'm back from my visit to Alaska. I caught a lot of salmon but only brought home a cold so I'm recovering from it while I get in touch with some local alternate media suppliers.
I'm getting help from a friend to build a webpage since I just don't have the time to tackle all of this and as soon as I have something up I'll be able to get you some info to give to people Chris.
Until then, anyone can feel free to PM me with questions or anything else.
In addition to this little side project, I'm also studying for my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer cert or MCSE, trying to work on a more lucrative side home business, work full time and be a single mom so I'm setting up a schedule to work on each task so I don't get too overwhelmed. If it takes me a day or two to respond to a PM, don't take it personal, just understand that I've got a lot going on. Luckily, I can sneak some of this in during work or at least my MCSE study time since it is job related
