Re: How to make it hook up????

I did my engine swap (sb to bb) all by myself. The only help I had was getting the hood off. Left the tranny in and just dropped the 468 in. You will probably have to remove the valve covers to clear the brake thingy. Are you planning on upgrading the radiator? BBC like a 4 core. Mine runs 185 all day year round.

again, its a racheting locker, power trax is a lower end too boot. i doubt youll break it with 30" tires but it is still irratic and jumpy. if you have a 4x4 fine but not a streeter.

Re: How to make it hook up???

I've run welded spiders for a long time. Poor man's spool (as if they are expensive ) I really like it because it is very predictable, you are always spinning both no matter what. that being said...... tight corners on slick surfaces (ice, rain, leaves, dog vomit..... ) can be a little "exciting". you are always draggin the inside tire, so simple algebra tells you that you only have the one tire holding your directional stability. but that's what makes it fun
