Pics of more of the front clip parts. Maybe there is a board member going to the meet from your area. Two black fenders are repops, everything else oem. They look better then the pictures. They are covered with dust.

Hey n2truxs, I probaly have what you are looking for. I am in Terrell, Texas area and I am starting a wrecking dedicated to 1973-87 Chevy trucks,blazers,suburbans.
I know i have a perfect oem hood I had in storage for years saving for the right project. I think I might have some pretty nice fenders also. I would have to piece together a front clip for ya. I have all that under hood items also.

P.S. I saw your black truck at Heat Wave a few years ago...Awesome truck

What year is the hood that you have ? I have been looking for a 73-78 hood for a while . If Ken isnt interested in the hood , I am and I am in Texas also . Any way you can post pics or email them to frankm@tconline.net . Frank

Frank, I have been in contact with Tony regarding the hood that he has. It appears from the pics that he sent it will work for me. I plan to have Keith (n2billet) take a look at it when he gets back from Goodguys in Columbus.

What quality of hood are you looking for? I found one locally that is in great shape but will require a small patch on the leading edge. It would probably make a really nice "driver quality" hood with a slight amount of work.

I want a hood as close to perfect as I can find , not bent in the middle and no rust along the leading edge hood for a 73-78 . I had one but sold it to a board member on a parts truck I had . Stupid Me . Frank

I am almost tempted to pull the hood off the tan 78 before I sell it and have one painted to match to put in its place . Something about the 79-80 hood that I just dont want on the 77 . I guess its because I know the difference , even though its a minor diff.

79-80 hoods have a decorative reveal/body line that is on the leading edge of the hood. The earlier models are smooth and much cleaner looking.

I looked for pics to show the difference. These are the best I could find. You already know what the earlier hood looks like....
