Sounds good john but theres a little problem my truck is like yours in pieces, A South Texas BBQ do sounds good if we could get a few good trucks and members together would be nice. So how is your truck coming along?

Whats up guys i got a chance to do a little more work to Rusty truck Anyway i painted my firewall and rebuilt the heaterbox with new gaskets and heater core. Im not sure about the gloss black too shiney maybe i should paint flat black, what do yall think gloss or flat?

Is that a 4L60E or a 700r4. I see a detent cable...4L60E's are computer controlled. I thought they didn't have a detent cable.. ??? Nice looking truck, by the way...Good work!

In 91-92 GM decided to rename the 700r4 to 4l60 then in 94 decided to let the computer control the shifting and added the "e" on the end and bought the rest of the transmissions in line with the renaming scheme.

Whats up guys i got to put in a few more hours on my truck. a buddy of mine let me use his press washer so i cleaned the front x-member and primed then top coat. Next comes the 72 upper and lowers.
