Bill,I know you have had some nice lookin`trucks in the past.I`m sure another`s on the way.Do you do your own painting? That`s what I wondered ever since I saw the red and white one show up all fresh painted at one time. They looked nice.

Wow Bill,
Your frame does look really nice. Does the Paint come in a can where you brush it on or is it mix and spray?

Re: heres my project it has a long ways to go.
i got my battery tray, eng. towers, & inner fenders painted today. guys the black paint is just cheap temp. paint . because i have to work on it in the great out doors i just put the cheaper spray paint on it till i get the hole frame ready to paint with good paint. i will be painting the frame the same color red as the truck. its porshe red i think i mispelled that. it is urethane mixed with reducer and hardner. this is around $200.00 a gallon with reducer and hardner.

Hey is that cemetary where you get rid of those that hassle you? (think the horrible neighbor thread!!) That is sweet and just goes to show ya, that you don't need a garage or a shop to do this stuff in. I better get to work on the one I am doing!!

Re: heres my project it has a long ways to go.
That is an awesome looking frame. I wish I had a digital camera back when I did the same thing to mine. I would call my buddy who lived behind me every morning around 6 am to help me carry my frame into the back yard where I would sand blast. I work the 3-11 shift so daylight was good. I never left it outside for some reason. Always carried it out by hand. Projects have to start somewhere. You seem to have the means to builds an awesome truck. Keep posting up. You are making me want to take my frame back out and do it the same color as the truck.
