With just the VIN, we'll never know if it's an original stepside, nor if it's always been a short wheel base truck... either way, it's a sweet looking rig.

after talking to my dad he said that the guy it came from bought it off a farmer in colorado who bought it new and blew the motor at about 27000 miles and it sat at the farm for about 20 years so as far as he knows everything is original but who knows ill enjoy it either way thanks for everyones help this is a great place to find answers

HEY...those don't look like mountains I have ever seen in Ohio...did I miss that part of the state?

My roommate had a '67 short stepside in college. He used it in conjunction with his fathers logging business. There was not a spot on it that did not have a dent. He loved it since he could turn around on the trails with it...can't do that with a crummy!
