Good luck with your new project and welcome to the board. I have had pretty good luck with Chevyduty and LMC for ordering parts. Both will send you a free catalog.

Seems like an awfully clean body for $200. At that price, who cares if some of the mechanicals are messed up (like the shifter)...

Any rust?

that's a nice truck.......interms of parts calalogs....I'd stick with the ones you have to pay for.....I reccomend Chevy Duty out of KC or Jim Carter.....good parts and better prices......avoid LMC and Brothers......caltalogs are free but prices and quality I have issues with.....also you might find parts in J.C. Whitney.....they are ok sometimes forlike door seales and other items.....I got a awsome carpet kit from them.

The body has some rust and bondo, not to much though. It doesnt have nearly as much as my chevelle did (check webpage) Im about to take it for inspection.. I know it wont pass but its worth a shot because until I get it inspected my landlord doesnt want it on the property.

Heres what it was like before primer;

Edit; Is my engine a 292? It said it was in the autozone computer (said either a 230 or 292) and my mechanics friend seemed to think that it was.
