Are you gonna convert it to right-hand drive? I know the cowl has stanchions that allow for a RHD-operated vehicle to have the wipers repositioned. Just because I'm one who likes something a touch different, I'd sure like to see the linkage for the wipers on a RHD to see what might be different.

I will convert it in the next year but you can drive left hand drive cars pre 1978.

I have been told its a 393 sb built by chidress nascar team.

Wow! Impressive engine tech data. I hope my comments weren't take as offensive. Knowing GM built a 400 small block should serve us all and make us aware that with the right combination of parts, bores and strokes, that the displacement will be familiar...or not. Sounds like it's gonna be good for having fun.

As for my wipers, it'd be neat to have them operate differently, ala RHD-style.

Shipping a vehicle to Australia still makes it cheaper than buying one down there is understandable. Supply and demand rules the marketplace and it doesn't matter where the market is located.

i did not take offence at all but i was worried as i went by the guys word that its a 393
but a quick check on the web it was right bore and stroke.

Hilly~ Two very nice rides you have to play with their. So what kind of price would a 1970 2WD, RHD, Blazer fetch down under in rust free condition? My mind is working over time right now. Any demand for this?

Blazer is not a truck that is liked here in aust i dnt know why.
but there are a lot of ford broncos here and they are worth nothing as a lot of people brought them
and they where very expansive to service and fix.
