I make all of mine 640 X 480 and they work fine. I think it says that because there is no height limit only the 640 pixel width limit.

Mine are also sized 640x480 but no can do.
Do you have a limit on how many you can post as long as they are 680x480?

The limit is 3 per post now, but it was 5. I post mine in jpeg format. They have to 100.0 KB or less also, but my software always generates them lower than that at 640 X 480. Shoot them to me at jamieb77_2000@yahoo.com and I'll resize them for you if you want.

That is an early 6.5. Yes I did drivelines, I was running a th400 with a Gear Vendor OD with 3.73 gearing. The build was a complete frame off, so everything was stripped off. That pic was taken b4 the turbo was installed. I used an ATS exhaust manifold. That was fun trying to buy as they do not ship into Calif.. Had to do an end run around thru a friend in Oregon to get the manifold. The Banks manifold will not fit as it want to hit the radiator. The ATS manifold brings the turbo up between cyls 1&2. It is out of the way of the heater box that way.
How do you like it now that its done? Anything you would have done different?
I have a 6.5 non turbo intake (like the one in your picture) that I powder coated red and that I will be listing on ebay. I was going to use it with a custom inlet ducting.
I think we would all like to see pictures of your finished truck!!
I just tought about something:: is your truck 2WD or 4x4? If it is 4x4 how did you set up the GV overdrive?
Thanks.

It was 1280 X 960. For some reason your software must not have downsized it.

You can save my version and it will be 640 X 480.

Re: 6.5 diesel in 4x4 1970 w/no body lift??

BTW, that is a early 90's 6.2/6.5NA intake and it is a single plane like the 6.5TD intake is.

Re: 6.5 diesel in 4x4 1970 w/no body lift??

Well now thats wierd becuase I could click on it and resize it on my computer and it would tell me it was 640x480. I have posted a bunch of other pictures using the same editing and was fine. I guess I need to buy a good editing software. I was using what came with the camera.

Thanks for posting that for me.

Yes single plane whats your opinion, stay with the turbo manifold or this non turbo.
Im also going to need a complete serp belt system. Got any leads on one? I have not started looking, but last time I was junk yarding I saw a 95 6.5 truck that had some of it still there.

Re: 6.5 diesel in 4x4 1970 w/no body lift??

Well, both the later 6.5 NA and the 6.5TD are single plane. The earlier J code intake is dual plane and is non EGR, which is what I have. If you need, a 6.5TD intake, I have one that I'd part with.
