Re: cragar ss
I was just on Cragars site and see they now produce the SS's in 17 inch. Now there would be an old/school with modern look setup on old pinky.
A 3 1/2 front with 5 inch rear drop rolling on 17x8 inch SS's with 29.2 inch tall 255/60R17 front and rear tires or the 255/60R17's out back and 235/65R17 (which are 29.2 inches as well) in front.

Re: cragar ss
So havent posted on here in about 10 yrs. The resto I did in 2002 has been driven occasionally but mostly sitting for the past 6 years. I am looking to take my MT sportmans off the back of the truck and run a normal tire. I currently run Cragar S/S front 15x8, rear 15x12 and neither fit. I dont recall the back spacing on the front but I had to put in 9/16" wheel spaces to get them to fit over the caliper and clear the rotor. For the rear I had to machine down part of the fins on the rear drum to get the rears to fit. I want to move the front wheels to the back and get 15's that will properly fit on the front. What kind of back spacing is typical with these wheels? I cant seem to find it.
