my favorite blue of all time is actually a flat blue, but it looks gloss, of course you can always put clear coat on it. its hot rod flatz metallic lemans blue.

Try this web sites for paint colors and codes its from 1917 too 2013 for PPG Ditzler,Dupont,Sherwin Williams. They evening have some of the Napa colors and codes
