Re: Are 67-72 GM rocker panels still available?

Thanks for the compliments guys, I appriciate it.
I have Genuine GM and reproductions in stock.
I will try to answer some of the questions I have seen:
Quote:
Does anyone know if there is a sheetmetal gauge difference between the reproductions and the original GM parts?
Genuine GM: .033" thick (Average)
Reproduction: .046" thick (Average)
The reproductions weigh 1 pound more than Genuine GM.
The reproductions have a nicer appearance than the genuine GM. (No wrinkles and straiter lines)
The fit is great. I have used them several times myself. That is not to say you won't have some tweeking to do, however if you have to tweek the reproductions, you would have to tweek the Genuine GM ones also.
Personaly I use the reproductions, for all of the above reasons. However if you want to stay "Genuine GM" then there isn't any replacing them while they are still availible. I have both in stock, so however someone wants to buy, I have you covered. WES
