Re: Exhaust pictures
Anyone have any opinions on this kit?
Looks like all I'd need are a set of mufflers and I could just clamp this thing together.. grab a few more clamps and some hangers and I'd be done.. no? http://www.jegs.com/i/Flowtech/387/53630/10002/-1 $129 Made of 16-gauge, mandrel-bent, aluminized tubing, these universal X-pipes keep you legal on the street, yet simply loosen six wing nuts to race down the track with open pipes. Each X-pipe includes a race-ready cutout, four cut-to-fit legs, and clamps.

Re: Exhaust pictures
Don't know about that kit. Looks like a lot of clamping together and possibilities of exhaust leaks. I say don't skimp on price....the old saying "you get what you pay for."
I don't have a close up of my exhaust, but here is a side profile shot. Duel flowmasters exiting on sides in front of rear tires. Chrome tips are actually about 18" welded on, not clamped.

Re: Exhaust pictures
That is a cool idea and looks cool. Are you gonna restore the truck more? That would look sweet with the body work and paint done.

Re: Exhaust pictures
Here's mine before I installed it. 3" with cutouts and super 40 flowmasters. Dumps out about 4" behind the cab. I'll try to get one of the exhaust on the truck.
