kdrodworks316 I believe you may be right about the industrial motor in that thing that once was a fine vechile to begin with. it should be in a mad max type of movie. it's stilll ugly.

Now that I have been staring at this thread for the fourth time....like looking at a car accident, I realize that thing kinda looks like a dirt track racer??

I just don't get it. I see the point of making something different(if it makes it better), or building a totally one off custom, becasue thats whats needed sometimes to push boundries, but that is um...different. My issues are based on function, driveability, and quality of work: how bad do the rear tires scrub the body? How much road time has this "fresh build" had? 5 lug Dana 60 rear end(regular is 8 lug)? Anybody notice the lower rear lip of the body has been left rusty and is in need of repair?

I don't mean to sound like a negative nancy, but I have seen too many builds as of lately that are built for "the look" instead of proper engineering, and completeness of build.


I'll get off my soapbox now, I'm sure someone could bag on my build for some of the same reasons, but proper engineering and safety will not ever be an issue left to chance.

Anyway, back to having fun, getting some work done, and not getting called in to work!
