here it is with the billet insert and arm rest.
Arm rest is not bolted down. the hardware that comes with the armrest dont work. i used the old nut from factory armrest. And the screws are two short. prolly 1/2 too short, ill just score some @ the nut and bolt place pic kinda dark |

Looks good. I guess I'll run into the same armrest issues that you're going through as I ordered the replacement panels, armrest and map pockets from LMC. Still not sure if I will reuse my old panel moldings with the pull straps or install the new billet moldings. I'll see which appeals to me when the time comes.
