My dash is empty right now, I'm thinking a dash pad and dash speaker upgrade while it's gutted.

That is the first thing that needs to be installed!! It was a PITA!! Luckily my gauges & dash box were not in yet. But everything else had to come back out.

This probably goes without saying, but the first thing to do in this process is disconnect the battery!
