Ended up selling the truck without the caps and now on the hunt for a 55-57 short step.

i thought the ridge cap was for the pickups and the non ridge was for vans ? i did not know of the dent problem

Look at post 17 on page 1. I believe he's referring to the added bead around the triangular section.

Yours are listed, page 385, last listing. 3839982

Looks like 16" wheels, with spring clip, part # 2440830 6 hole 5.5" bolt circle started in 63 and shared the same number still in 66.
60-62 below wheel part # 5775206 .
I'm to far away from my books to see if the wheels went 67 above.

I believe that is a 1967 Chevy Truck hubcap. Here's a thread showing a painted set.

Thanks for the detailed info and explanation on the caps. These would look better on a show truck then in a box in my garage.
