Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Thanks guys... I got the new black molding installed all around the windows and installed new exhaust system from the mufflers back. It made it alot quieter and the tips are tucking...

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Thanks Trav!! The outside is coming along well... replacing the black molding around the windows, adding an airdamn, and painting the wipers; gave it a freshened up look. I'm looking to install the wheel well moldings and dropn the butt down some more.

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Well after I removed the loud gear drive... all the other noises' showed up... including a knocking #2 piston. The crankshaft was well pretty much shot... so out it came. The shop is putting a 350, forged pistons, RV cam, and a double chain on it... I will have it back next week sometime.

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Be prepared to re-work your fuel fill hose. It's right in the way when you install shackles.

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Yeah I kinda had that planned from the previous stuff I have read around here (thanks as always for the heads up) these 2wd Blazers are kinda new to me... probably run it down to the muffler shop and have them bend me a pipe, etc. Hopefully get it dropped in a day... I'm just getting everything lined out and hopefully don't have to run too many errands during the install.

Re: FINALLY a 2WD Blazer owner!!
Thanks Trav... nothing fancy or over the top... shop is putting a 350, forged pistons, RV cam, and a double chain on it. I will say that I'm really impressed so far... I'm not off of my $1500 budget by too much.
