Re: "valdez"
ok so i know its been a while but race season has started again, i red lit in the semi finals but still ran a 16.306 on a 16.30 dial-in. replaced the cab corners, rocker panels and cab mounts (front and rear). bought a gas tank out of a early to mid 70's chevy van got it tucked up under the bed and have been messing with the filler neck but almost done.

Re: "valdez"
man, that thing must be dialed in!
At our local track several years ago there was a lady who ran her bone stock cavalier to mid 20 second passes....She won several nights of the season because she could cut a good light and was always within a few hundredths.... It was hilarious watching her get a full 9-15 second head start and people tracking her down on the top end....many would redlight because they saw how far down the track she was and almost always broke out instead of just racing their own race....

Hey Guys !! You never told me you had a build thread going on .. I just stumbled upon it tonight!! now I am subscribed and can follow along.
I suppose I should get out of the 60-66 section more often. Are you guys ready for a get together around Northwest Motorfest time in July?? We have an announcement going in the Idaho regional section http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=469913
