Re: buddys ,utiliys or bench seats

For me its the bench all the way since its the only thing I fit comfortably in and I'm 6'2 205 right now and I'm only a junior in hs and still growing so the bench seat is staying

Then again, no man, let alone a 6'2" one should ever be sitting in the middle had to say it. I voted buddy's just because I like the look, myself I'm thinking late model leather, power buckets, with a console, only beacuse buddy's are way over priced and my truck is in no way worth restoring to stock.

Talking Re: buddys ,utiliys or bench seats

I like the bench to! Mine is out of a 89 Chevy truck. 60-40. Very nice seat for a factory and it looks good still today after being in the truck since 1990. This was my work truck for a very long time and now it's just my truck to drive when I want to.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: buddys ,utiliys or bench seats

I restored a set of buddy buckets for my 71 K20 and they looked great in the truck. But I really missed having a bench seat, so I sold the buckets and tossed a bench back in there.

6' 1" 205 and I like the buckets in my 71. I need the center console to store all my stuff in. Buddy buckets look awesome in the older trucks!

Re: buddys ,utiliys or bench seats

I'm torn on this one. I love the Buddy buckets for a custom sport truck theme, but a bench seat is what makes a truck, well, a truck.
