CONGRATS ON GETTING TO PAGE 2! I like what you did filing in the hole on the cowl. I plan on doing the same thing. I have 2 holes to fill!?! CB antenna maybe?

Got a little primer on some bare spots and Just had to Mock the front end to see if it still fit!!!! Actually just wanted to get it out of my shop.

The first cut is the hardest, Went pretty quick with the cutoff wheel on the grinder. The tape really helped with alignment. One note to self, Blue Tape on a Blue truck is hard to see! Try Green or yellow next time.

I always cringe when I see a perfectly good bed being cut up... but it looks like you are doing good work...

I did get the front half stitched up this weekend. Got 2 sets of those clamps at Harborfreight. They were a life saver. The inside of the bed was actually a little easier, the floor was a little heaver gauge metal.

This took a lot of stitching, not sure this is the best rought to take, Thinkin finding a short bed would be a whole lot easier.
