This is my favorite picture because it has Nate in the background with a look on his face that says "I should have brought my truck!"

And the last few, of what I took. There were a ton of super nice cars and trucks,... but either I was too busy looking at them and forgot to take pics,... or there were too many people crowded around them all weekend. The quality of vehicles was excellent,... and not really captured by the few that I posted. If anyone else has any pics from the KC Goodguys event,... please post them here!

Re: Favorite Trucks from Goodguys,...
Thanks for posting the pics Keith, you managed to find darn near every ride that caught my eye too. I think the yellow sedan with the bike was my favorite, until I seen the "Roadster Shop" Suburban.. Was great to visit with you, & thanks for introducing me to so many fellow board members. I was lucky enough to see TCB-1's truck in real life for a total of 3 minutes before I watched him "hand over the key's" (somebody got a heck of a deal!) Hope all you fellow board members made it home safely.

Congrats again on getting another Goodguys Pick (award). There were so many pictures that I didn't take. The Pro's Pick area was amazing. The quality of vehicles just keeps getting better. And the weather was Perfect. Maybe I'll see you at the Truck Nationals, next weekend,... or Ottawa, KS in 2 weeks.

Doug, I know the guy that bought your truck and it did go to a good home. He loves the truck and will take good care of it, I look forward to seeing it at the local car events around here.

Re: Favorite Trucks from Goodguys,...
Thanks for sharing. I talked with Keith (n2billet) and he feels this is one of the better GG shows to attend. Not as big as Columbus, but still has a good turn out.
Maybe next year we can do a 67-72 GG "Power Tour" that ends in KC.

I was a bit sad seeing her go. I really was. James Michel from Carver MN is the new owner, and she is either there now or still on the road. I hope Jim was and is happy with her. He is a great guy and I hope he drives it and enjoys it as much as I did. I'm now looking forward to something that I can take the whole family to shows in. my second son is expected next month, and my 4 year old is already a motorhead, so a single bench seat was never going to work. it wasn't a financial issue, just a logistic one.

Hey Doug, I can't believe you sold her, I know you like old Mopars there's an 66 or 67 wagon for sale in Gower, Mo about 15 mins. north Smithville on 169.

Ken would be the opposite of the red-headed step-child (no offense to any red haired step-children FTR ).... He would be able to get his in as an "official" Ride Tech display vehicle.

Re: Favorite Trucks from Goodguys,...
Thanks for all the pics. That cream Chevy II was great, original interior and paint on a crazy static drop. Real nice owner too. I got to meet N2Billet, Kid and a bunch of other great people just wish I had more time to hang out.
One thing is for sure, my motivation is back on!

Re: Favorite Trucks from Goodguys,...
Leevon,... what did the Chevy II owner do to the front suspension to get it SO low?
Looked like it still had the stock front end under it.

Re: Favorite Trucks from Goodguys,...
I think he cut the springs and I know he worked late Friday night to put it all back together. The exhaust was literally almost touching the pavement. The interior was unreal for original.
That red nova wagon is a beauty too.

All joking aside... the boys in Texas sure know how to build trucks. Stella was sitting absolutely perfect, and 69chevyshort's SWB was completely amazing. (Had I brought my truck I would have felt like a 4-wheel drive). Quote:
SCOTI, it was good meeting you. Hope to see you back with your project in 2011. Quote:
I believe I caught the Nova at the event, an absolutely beautiful car!

Re: Favorite Trucks from Goodguys,...
Keith posted the majority of the killer trucks/cars that were in attendance this weekend.
Keep your eyes peeled because I think you will be seeing pics similar to this in the future. I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'... perfect in every way.
