Mightymouse, well thank you but Im not the welder, my brother does all my welding duties, I wish I could weld that well too. I hope it does cool off a little, it is still 80* here at 7:30pm....

Well I'll be darned. I've looked at this build about 5 times in the last 2 days and I can't believe I haven't subscribed yet. I'm totally in on this build That chassis is exactly the way I want to do mine.

How much is it narrowed in the back and what's the specs to the rest?

hey there low&slow thanks for the nice comments . my rear housing is a chris alston fab-9 chromemolly ' thats 46-1/8 wide from flange to flange with back-brace with 35 spline moser axles that are gun-drilled and star flanges& 5/8 studs' strange center section with full spool and 430 gears ' aluminum pinion support and moser yoke/afco double adjustable shocks .chassis eng. ladder bars ...thanks for looking..johnny

you have got to read my backstory....8 years building now...i have hit ALOT of humps, i step back, cool off ...build up a good head of steam and take off again...ONE DAY, if SLOSH TUBZ take off like i think it shouldnt be more than one year away !!! and Thank you !!

well brought home the cab that i bought from greg, in waco tuesday. yesterday i removed the gas tank . today the high-hump after work. gonna try to get it stripped this weekend. not to bad but really needs rockers and cab corners. going to try to sell some of the parts like tank' hump' etc. to help keep fund project . small steps-keep-on truckin..johnny

well I'm in reverse going backwards. no progress . I've decided to pull motor+trans so i could move it back to the next mounting holes. ..sp690 ( Sergio) a board member my friend from a cross the street brought his crane over and helped me out thanks..Sergio. the reason to move it back was cause i only had about 3 1/4 " between radiator and water-pump pulley.i also haven't installed my hard brake lines yet. so i ordered them this morning.expect them early next week .I'll get them in first this time before motor go's back in. well i'm sure i bored y'all enough for now here's a couple pics..jw
