Re: TEXAS 81 swb build 5.3 4l80
Yea its my wifes. they work pretty good
swb build 5.3 4l80 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Good job on the progress. I'm in your same shoe, I shattered my right leg memorial weekend and then started building mine a few weeks later. The only work I haven't done on mine was drop the engine in. I had a helper give me a hand stabbing the trans, but all the rest I've done myself. I had two helpers that were supposed to be doing the work while I teach them, but they flaked on me. The problem I ran into today is I found out the bones aren't healing, even with the metal rod and screws in place. Good luck on the truck and the leg! thanks man legs coming along and so is the truck. Im back at work. I took the front clip off and started cleaning grease. ive been doing that on and off seems like for 2 weeks. Seems like its never gonna end. Well christmas brought me some new rubber bodybushings. Im gonna slowly keep chuggin along until i get-r-done. I think by March or first of april i should be ready for paint. Sorry about the bad pics theyre from my phone. Im thinking 22x11s on the rear with drop shackles kmc novas. I wanted 20x10 but they dont have enough backspace to make me happy. Im looking for that deep dish look. |

I don't know if there is an easy way, but I'm curious what other people have done.

use thinner or mineral spirits to loosen it up, then follow with a putty knife. That will get you started.

67 SS 396 look into getting some vitamans for healing your bones. its been well over six months for me and i still have pain though.
well i made some progress this off day. Test fitted the 5.3 and the dirty dingo mounts with the ac compressor. It does fit but it seems a bit tight near the center drag link. anybody with any experience with this? |

Re: TEXAS 81 swb build 5.3 4l80
The sending unit is from a 87 tbi truck as well as the gas.tank.
the other piece os the corvette fuel pressure regulator and filter in one. Thats about how every body seems to do it. It has a return line on the filter so it should shorten the return line. Posted via Mobile Device |
