Re: Operation Short Bed
Well now all of you are caught up with the pictures and progress. This project is getting to be very fun. Still deciding if I want to buy a SWB bed or cut mine. Due to my LWB is in great shape and has no rust on it at all. Does anyone out there think I could get around 200-250 dollars for my bed?

Re: Operation Short Bed
More pictures of the engine and rear-end. Everything with the power train is complete. It was on the Dyno back in 2004 453 hp at the rear wheels.

Re: Operation Short Bed
can't say for sure without seeing in person, but from the looks of it that bed is worth far more than $250, build looks great, they're addicting for sure

The frame is completely wire brushed and Primed. Tomorrow I’m going to spray on the rubberized undercoating.

Re: Operation Short Bed
Thanks I just got the SWB bed and one piece driveshaft yesterday. So let the fun begin with the little bit of body work that needs to be done with the bed.
