meathead95: Thats good, I hope it works out for you!!
There are a few crooked people on Ebay who make it hard on the Honest ones, I have found that when I deal with someone, I prefer that they use Paypal....It protects the buyer and the seller, if for any reason the transaction was not smooth.....You can put a freeze on there account till the deal is done and both parties are happey....This hurts them most of the time, so they usually will do what it takes to clear things up......Just another 2 cents of mine :-)

non payment warning
You'll have to go back in ten days and request the credit. You can find it on the same page as the non payment warning is located, I know, I have to do it all the time.

Ouch, man I don't know. If I were you I'd email him and just ask friendly questions and let him know you've had trouble with ebay in the past and see how he responds if at all. You can delete his bid if you have too. You never know though, but the sunglasses and zero feedback means he just changed his user name, maybe ask him why.

I think ebay should have something there so when user names are changed they either refer to the previous name or say why they were changed.

OK, so if I understand this guy correctly, he is saying that because there was another bid posted and retracted before he ever posted his bid, he doesn't owe you anything.
You can probably hear me scratching my head all the way down in Nashville.

sorry meathead
Looks like the bidder has done the same thing to others. Lowrider princess seems like a dumbas-. Consequently, I have found ebay to be as helpful as a chapped ass relative to these types of predicaments. I think the buyer is protected much more so than the seller. Just my tw cents.

furthermore
what kind of a consequence is it when a person can dick around three people only to have their use suspended. Then they can just get a new account. Sorry, this stuff just ticks me off.
