No man it's all plum, level, and square. I checked ,checked , and re'checked everything when I put it back together I see what your saying but its just the picture. Thanks tattoed71, I'm gonna change the gauge cluster because after I looked at it for awhile it's not what I thought it would be appriciate the support.

I was warned that the bolts might bust off inside when mine were replaced. Surprisingly, none did. Console may look decent with black carpet.

Re: PROJECT HIGH OCTANE 71 c-10

Started tearing it apart today after work and our labor day get together. Gonna shave the fenders on here too, and then send the to my buddies shop to get primed and check out some paint options. Then gonna pull the front suspension, so it can all be blasted and coated to swap on to my truck.

Re: PROJECT HIGH OCTANE 71 c-10

Heres a pic of the firewall sanded down. Today I got the fender hole filled, and all the body work done on it and the hood. They are now in primer also got my antenna hole welded up in my cowl another long day and feel like I'm making pretty good time. Tommorow I will try to get both doors perfect and a couple coats of primer laid down.

One of my trailing arms had alittle gap in it but still super solid so I drilled some holes and pulled them back down tight.

Re: PROJECT HIGH OCTANE 71 c-10

It's the truck my buddy was building, but he got tired of it, and sold it. He had a fuel injected 454 and 4l80e ready for it added to the fire wall then smoothed it out tons of work into it . He owns the restoration/body shop my truck is at, we still have to put the rest of the roof in it fix a cab corner and finish putting in primer and then it will be on its way.

Re: PROJECT HIGH OCTANE 71 c-10

Thanks man this is my first experiance doing body work, but I have a good buddy helping me out. He's the one who built the supercab, and done alot of work to the orange one. I feel like I'm living south of a celebrity with all the things going on with your build. I'll keep picking away at mine till one final day.
