Re: Looked at a Very Interesting SWB 4x4
That price doesn't surprise me at all. This is a rustfree, highly optioned, low production, very desired model. It doesn't reflect recession pricing, but there's always someone who has the money, things aren't actually worth less, and maybe the seller's attitude is it'll only get sold for what it's worth or it'll stay.

Re: Looked at a Very Interesting SWB 4x4
18k? Dang, is that steep or is that what SWB 4x4's go for?
I am not interested in SPID's since they are easily faked these days, so looking at the truck it looks pretty average to me. Clean, but I'm not feelin 18k.

Re: Looked at a Very Interesting SWB 4x4
I think the SPID looks original. Besides,if this one was a fake wouldn't they change the color on the SPID to match the truck?

Re: Looked at a Very Interesting SWB 4x4
18K sounds a little high. If he wants to move it, he will lower the price...sounds like he wants to keep it though. Nothing wrong with that!

Re: Looked at a Very Interesting SWB 4x4
Looks like a great truck in the pics but when you see them in person it can be a different story, huh?
He probably would have gotten 18,500 about 4-5 years ago and still might to someone looking for a black swb 4x4....but I doubt it.

Re: Looked at a Very Interesting SWB 4x4
Without seeing it I'd say you were about right at 1/2 that. I'd put the range at 8-12k.

Re: Looked at a Very Interesting SWB 4x4
Not alot of fluff on that SPID, only serious options. About the only real desirable option that is missing are Towhooks.
