New Wheels 1968 SWB
After many months of messing around I finally got my new wheels installed on my truck.
It took about 2 months to get them custom built by ET/Team III wheels in California. Fronts are 15x7 Backs are 15x14 These are the Classic 5's polished I used Mickey Thompson front tires and rears are Hoosier Prostreet radials 15x 18.5 x 31 I changed the back axles to Moser 5x5 pattern - fronts are disc 5x5 I used ARP studs all the way around I used Hawk ceramic pads up front to keep brake dust off the wheels The Wheels really change the way the truck looks - I have gotten a ton of compliments on the new wheels. I used these wheels for a couple of reasons - to stuff 18.5" wide rubber under the stock rearend requires very specfic offsets - ones that no other company was willing or able to tackle. These are not fly weight wheels they should last very easliy under a big block truck with no fears of failure. The polish job on these wheels are amazing - they look chrome plated Real eye candy
