Does this truck have a vent tube on the gas tank that goes up in between the inner and outer metal on the passenger side? If so, how much for it shipped to leander tx 78641?

Trying to get the ignition assembly from the wiring connection forward mine was destroyed. When someone tried to steal it prior to my purchasing it
