Frank is a strait up guy that has made hundreds of honest deals on here. Hard to believe he would try and "switch" wheels on you.

Agreed, buyer and seller are both stand up long term members. Simple solution IMHO. OP says there is a mark. If someone took the time to mark an item, they would take the time to have pic proof of that. Send a pic of the mark to josh@67-72chevytrucks.com . Have Frank take a pic of the area the mark is in and have him send it also. Case closed...
