Re: Misc parts from a 1972 GMC Custom Deluxe

How much for the door latches without the linkage arms shipped to 59901 (flat rate box maybe?) Are these solid and in good working order for RH/LH 1972-only doors? Thanks, Pete

Pete,
Are you looking for the latch controls (Door handles attach to) or the latch strickers? The latch stickers are in good working order. I could let the latch strickers go for $28 plus $12 shipping. So total $40.

Thanks Eric - I was eyeballing the parts shown in the final pic of post #1, which look to be the latch control (handle attachment) and the associated door latch (but not the striker plates affixed to the pillar). I'd be interested to have these as spares if in good shape and correct for 1972 but don't need the linkages arms (just the clips that affix the arms), which I would imagine increase shipping given their length. Pete

Pete,
Gotcha!! Yes all these parts came out of a 1972. So, 2 door latches $28, 2 latch controls with clips $5 (Looking at the latch controls last night the driver side has a broken spring) plus $12 shipping (Flat rate box). So grand total $45 to your door.
Thanks,
Eric

Brian,
I'm sorry I looked at the other set of side windows again last night. They do not have curved back corners. So they are also burb windows. Sorry about my mix up!!

No blazer parts right now. I'm in the middle of restoring my 1972 jimmy. Not quit sure what I need or don't need yet. Trust me, when I'm done with the project I will post some parts on the board. PM sent for payment details.
