For my truck I would stick with the tried and true Vintage Air... If you will they are the pioneer in this area and have been doing it longer than all the rest... VA may be a few hundred higherror up front but it is my understanding is all the rest are not 100% complete kits and very well may need for you to chase some parts to complete...

The customer service was great as well, I had a small issue with one hose because I didn't inform them that my V-8 sits in the L-6 position, so the hose from the bulkhead fitting at the radiator support to the compressor was a touch too short. They had me a new hose in 48 hours that fit perfectly.

With the Vintage Air kit if you mount the compressor somewhere other than the stock location, they will send you the hoses with one end not crimped. For example, I used a serpintine belt set up and had to have the hoses shortened so they sold me the kit with one end uncrimped.
I'm real happy with my Vintage Air setup. I live in Houston, where it's hot, and the AC works great! |

I currently have 4 vehicles with vintage air in them with no problems. Some I put in over 12 years ago! Only keep getting better in the newer kits and I like the controls much better now that they are electronic servos.
