I've seen worse, hopefully this makes you feel better about yours. This was my 68 shortbox and it broke while driving it home one day. That frame looks like it has seen better days as well.

There are many frames to be had, especially lwb frames. And they can easily be made in to swb frames if that is what you are after. I was just reading another thread somewhere where the poster pulled his x-members and found rot under them. I wouldn't doubt that you likely have rot in places you cannot see. Good luck and be safe.
