Re: No Limit = No Response

Oh, I have never installed one. It was just an appearance thing.
Sorry, I guess I wasn't any help.

Re: No Limit = No Response

Hard to tell from your pics but it the drivers side outside plate looks like it needs moved forward , the oval holes should line up. The inner or bottom plate use the Frame support rivet holes.

You may have that already done just hard to tell from the side pics you posted. Here are few pics from the Joe Touring build.

Its lined right up with the oval hole on the side and the rivet holes on the cross member on the bottom bracket... dont know how much more in the right place it could be. When the bolts slide right in where the rivets used to be on the bottom and tightened up that picture I posted is what I got on the side bracket... Its not a good fit plane and simple. Thats why I was trying to get in touch with them to let them know. Next day or so Ill go out and bolt it back to the frame and get you a pic of how the ovals are lined right up now with the way I had to fix it.

In that pic you posted the bracket is leaning a bit as well, just not as bad as mine was. Also your bracket looks a little different than mine like something may have been changed in the shape.

Re: No Limit = No Response

This is not a good week to get ahold of anyone in east TN. I am in Knoxville near No limit and the ice and snow hammered us. Give them a little time.

Re: No Limit = No Response

Tossed it back on to get these pics...
Notice how I now have an extra bolt hole and the other one was cut out when I cut the top of the bracket to have the same distance to the top of the frame all the way across the top of the bracket.

Re: No Limit = No Response

Got them on the phone and the guy I talked to acted like I bothered him letting him know about the issue. Guess its not a big enough concern of theirs that a "bolt on kit" isnt so "bolt on" after all..... oh well, I made it work anyway so...
