All of it is for sale guys, just the ones with titles he considers buildable he won't part out.

And yeah, he probably has as many GMCs as he does Chevys.

Re: Longmont, CO junkyard

Yeah 72bowtiestepper, I've probably been there a hundred times and I still find things I didn't see before. While I was there yesterday, I got another wiper/washer knob (64 - 66 with the center hole and outer trim ring) a keyed glove box button and keyed passenger door handle.

Also found the brace for the drivers step fender that goes right below the spare tire cutout. Mine never had one.

Its a shame to see all that classic iron rotting away. Hopefully someone will get in there and save it. I'll get the word out here in Arizona to anyone looking for a project or 2.

Keep your eyes peeled for a 1960 piece of door trim if you go again....I'm in need of one to complete a project. Last part needed for the set.

And nice find on the lower bracket. They don't pop up very often!!

Lee, do you know what his average asking price is for a complete suburban?
I'm in SLC, and could probably Tow one back this way...

Re: Longmont, CO junkyard

Seeing all of the trucks in one place puts a smile on my face! It would be fun to spend time salvaging in a yard with so many of the old trucks.

Heading out to Wisconsin to the Jefferson Swap meet to check it out.

Will look out for your dome light pimpston65!

Re: Longmont, CO junkyard

How does one go about finding this place?
Contact?
Could use a GMC hood for 64
Maybe I am not allowed to ask these questions. Trying to get handle on what and how to do this forum. I belong to an old motorcycle forum and if u need a part...you ask for part...here you have to pay I guess....

Thanks
