Sorry, so the front hubs don't have correct offset to match the rear?

The wheels sit in the same place. Generally when you have a dually rear they install the adapters to push the outside hub face out so you have dually wheels all the way around. 6 wheels that are the same, makes for easy swaps if needed. One spare tire/wheel. The way the truck sits now you need two spares.
