Sweet yard! Everything here in Missouri dosen't have floors anymore......but there are tons of junkyard trucks, just not very many good parts.

I agree....grab that shortstep bed!

I've gotten a few parts from that yard, can't pull your own parts, which of course helps them to charge you more when they do it for you... they let me roam around, but a yard worker went with me...

It's a trucks only yard, and prices were nothing to write home about... they know what they got...

Cool 1st PIC

The first picture has the front of the truck resting on a sway bar doesn't it. I would go back and buy all I could, you never know what you may need down the road.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

....Still what is it that bothers them about the camera? Is it they just don't want "tourists"?

hmm...i've taken my digicam to the junkyard many a time, never really gotten any good pics tho. this is the only 67-72 i've ever found, a '71 C/10. The floor is pretty much missing, but there seem to be an abundance of parts left over. The windshield is perfect, the inner grille looks perfect, the front fenders are in pretty good shape, and there is a pretty much matched set of blue green interior pieces in the cab. Also the front disc setup is stil there, and the rear trailing arms, but all the suspension is buried in mud. there's also a decent set of spare doors in the bed. hmmmm.

Bigvinnie,
There prices are a little higher than the Pick N Pull, but they have a better selection and You don't get there only to find that some oter inconsiderate Bozo has destroyed something you need to get what they need.

68_c10_on20s,
I wish I had that kind of money!!!!!

Andy4639,
I think I looked at te bar and it was bent. They want 65.00 for their swaybars!!! You can get a much cheaper one here on the board from it's members. By the way, Hardrock2 is a GREAT man to deal with and he sold me a great sway bar with ALL mountings in GREAT condition for a fantastic price!!!!! I can ask for some prices if you guys give me a reasonable list. I will probably be by there tis weekend checking out the A.C. unit again.

My question is:
Should I consider the A.C. unit, or should I just go aftermarket??? I don't have A.C. right now, but can't see paying 1200.00 (after shipping, charging, etc.)

"PICS"

The pic and pull place up here told me no about the camera because of the EPA . They said that they come in all the time undercover and take pics of the grounds and make sure that they are not spilling any oil from the cars. Pick and Pull has to drain all the oil out of the cars and trucks.

So they were all rude when i tryed to get in with my camera ! So I made him give me back my 2 bucks, after I get my stamp and went to the one in San Jose for free ! Anyhow that is what they told me and I have not tryed any other place yet.
