Wow, thanks for all the advice. I spoke with a friend who is an attorney today and he said he could help me take them to small claims court, or the justice court and try to get something closer to the actual value. The biggest problem is that he said it will take months(6 ?) to do it that way. Meanwhile I cannot afford to buy all the parts to fix it. Oh well!
