I had one at one time. I miss it at times mainly because of all the $$$ I had put into the motor. I sold it to a freind also and he blew the motor up being stupid in it. Dont even know what happend to it now.

It needs to be blown apart any way. The silver painted parts would be alright, but the passion purple accents are a bit dated. I plan to do a two-tone, leaving the top black, and the bottom ...???. I'm looking at the rear, trying to decide if I want to mini-tub it, or just leave it alone. I guess I need to get my ducks in a row and start on it. My daughter is 11 now. I don't have to long to wait... |

N2TRUX, how old are you? I was thinking that you were more my age, but if you had a wife and atleast one car in '83 then I am off by a long shot.

i'd guess N2TRUX is right up there with Mike, cuz i dont know any young guy who has quite as many toys as he does. what else do you have hiding in that garage? BTW, N2TRUX, jon_volk, and Timspeed. thanks guys. you've made me realize that no matter what i've got in my driveway/garage, i've got a place where i belong, and its right here.

I have just as many people I can call friends on the Ford truck forums, as I do on the GM truck forums. Once you get past the brand loyalty, or car vs truck preference, we are all hotrodders underneath 1FaastC10, I'm an old dude in your world. I turned 46 in June. I am NOT as old as Mike though. He's as old as dirt...:p |

Mine doesn't look like much yet but I hope to help that. I always wanted a 86-90 Iroc-z since I have been about 8 years old. I didn't know they where iroc's/z28 then but I really really like the body style, rims and hoods. This 88 came along at the right time and I had the money so now its in my driveway.
Tim got anymore pics of the Iroc??? If you would could you email em to me?

No, the thought didn't even cross my mind, actually. Besides, I know the first generation F-bodies are by far superior to the newer ones anyway, so I'm not offended. Boy, am I gonna get flamed for THAT remark... Slonaker |

lol, you wont get flamed from me... at least yours has a grille to put a bowtie in the middle of. i think 3rd Gen Camaros would've looked a whole lot sweeter had they put a grille between the headlights
