Looks like it to me. Seems to be an original, unmolested K10 with the tow hooks RPO called out on the SPID.

Maybe if the bumper was white these were painted to match? Which would be the case for all pre-72 model year examples.

A set of 60-68 hooks that also were white. These came from a 68 farm truck in Nebraska. I dipped 1/2 of this one in muriatic acid to remove the rust. The paint sloughed off pretty easily afterwards.

Most of the hooks that I’ve acquired over the years have had white paint on them as well. Seems like a line where the bumper is is always a paint break on the hooks, in other words the hooks don’t seem to have solid white paint on the entire hook

Those look like the aftermarket hooks like the school busses have. (bolt up instead of through the side)

And since I posted that, and I often end up being the odd man out it seems, I have never noticed a trace of white paint on any tow hook I've had. Either I wasn't looking for it and it was barely there or a huge coincidence based on all these examples. I've had my hands on a lot of these tow hooks.
