Re: just bought a 55 cameo.

I actually sold my 48 in the mid 70's because I knew where a Camio was sitting in front of a shop in Waxahachie Tx. I drove up with big ideas an a pocket full of money and he wanted three pockets full of money. I'd still love to have one but it will never happen unless I have a real good lotto ticket now.

Congrats on the purchase but we want photos and lots of them.

Are you seeing a button that reads "Manage Attachments?" Clicking that button will open a separate box that lets you upload files. If you're not seeing the manage attachments button look for a button that reads "go advanced." If you see manage attachments but no box is opening you may have popups blocked.

Re: just bought a 55 cameo.

something about that front fender looks off. the lower rear part behind the wheel. it looks kinda short there compared with others. maybe just the camera angle? got any more pics? not just of that part, the whole truck. looks good. great find I think.

I noticed that also on the passenger fender and was wondering if it is just curled in maybe?

Re: just bought a 55 cameo.

What a fantastic original Cameo!! So rare to get any of these at all with original paint... 60 years of guys who like to fix up their trucks leaves very few survivors..
