Re: F/S GM NOS & New Repro Steering Column Replacement Parts

Mel,

I am interested in a set of any NOS internal components that you still have for non tilt automatic steering column. Could you provide a list and $ for what you still have available?

Thanks! Greg

Hi Greg, to save a bit of time on our end let us know which wear parts you are chasing and I will reply back with availability and cost. Going off of memory for your column shift non-tilt steering column, we have the NOS upper & lower bearings, NOS lower bearing spacer mount, NOS lower bearing tension spring, NOS upper plastic and rubber bushings, NOS horn contact t/s cancel cam and the NOS turn signal switch and harness. Also pending confirmation of the actual year of steering column that you are working on, we may have the NOS shift indicator pointer, NOS shift indicator lens housing and both NOS chrome shift and turn levers. Let us know, Mel

Mel, you did it again. The parts arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. Amazon could learn a thing or two from you.

Thank you.

Mel,

In addition to my list above, if you have a 4sp overdrive lens for the 72 column I will take one of those as well.

Thank you,

Okay, we got'ya down for one three pc. #4/NORS horn contact pin, spring & retainer kit, I still need to get to gdelaney5's above column parts request and will check on the tilt only upper cam spring for you next. I can confirm that we do have the 3900514 springs on hand in both GM NOS and OE used, but we always seem to be chasing these often missing/hard to find cancel cam springs for our own tilt column builds. While checking on our available on hand tilt cam spring quantity, would you need/want the upper tilt column specific horn contact t/s cancel cam in either GM NOS, OE used or new repro? We have all three tilt cancel cam options on hand/available ready to ship and these small column parts can all be combined and sent out for the one $7. shipping charge. Let me know, Mel

I've already got the tilt horn contact t/s cancel cam, but it's missing the horn contact pin/spring/retainer.

Sounds great. I prefer OE on the 3900514 cam spring, if you've got it, but NOS will work, too. Thank you.

and this...

OE (preferred) or NOS tilt column 3900514 cam spring

I'm also looking for this:

Yes, we do have some of the OE V-8 bell crank/z bar to pedal rods pulled/stored on the shelf, will check on availability/condition and grab you some pics when I get your other items pulled out. Mel

I'm sorry I keep coming back with more stuff, but would you happen to have a bellcrank frame bracket for a 2WD SBC like the one below?

Mel,

Do you have any of the green filters for the tilt shift indicator light? I already have the housing. I’m looking for two good ones.

Re: F/S GM NOS & New Repro Steering Column Replacement Parts

^ ^ ^ We pulled these GM NOS and OE Used non-tilt column shift indicator fiber optic cable bulb sockets out for above member Pep01 a while back but never added pics/pricing on the extras. These bulb sockets are ready to ship out, the pricing and payment options are listed in the top post of this f/s thread. Mel

Sorry Mel, another member sent me what I was needing. But if you get your hands on some upper and lower 4 row radiator brackets and cushion, I’m needing some. For a 69.
