Heres my winter beater. Its my daily transportation, mainly for better mileage and such. However, once the spring/summer months come and it starts warming up around here...the 72' comes out of hibernation

Not that Oklahoma has much of a winter,
but this is my car that gets to taste
salt whenever it snows, or when I
head to Michigan to see the folks.

The photo was taken in 2001. It's been
hit one more time (for a total of 3 since
'97) since the pic was taken. The
clear coat is totally gone on the hood now.

Anyway, it keeps the miles and the rust off
my truck. Plus, my truck isn't ready to go
the distance.

Like alot of you I don't have much snow to worry about. The 96 is my driver year round....the 82 is sharing some of that duty...until my daughter takes full possession of her truck.

This is what I drive all the time. Just bought it a year ago. Should be paid off by the time the '68 is back on the road. Great handling little truck. I consider it my sports car

This is my daily/winter driver. The paint looks a little whiter right now though . Still runs great for having almost a quarter million miles!

It was 75 degrees here yesterday, so I put about 200 miles on this. I wore a short sleeve shirt.
