I have a brand new Malibu that just sits there. I bought the Mailibu so I would have reliable transportation to go back and forth to Chicago. Everytime I have gone, I have taken the burb. I am always driving the burb.

60 Miles a day roundtrip to work 4 or 5 days a week... no problems yet... guess cuz its still nice and cool up here in TX.

The real test is in Summer time bumper-to-bumper traffic.

I drive mine 100 miles round trip, 5 days a week. It has never left me stranded, and I really like driving it. I give it a rest in July and August, because of no A/C.

I drive my '69 stepside everyday. (once in a while I give it a day off and take my '69 Chevelle)

Im not afraid to take it anywhere and any distance. It will be making it's annual 90+ mile trip to Carlisle this month.

I wouldn't have it any other way! I love old stuff and hate the new. Heck, I just got a friendly wave from another stepside owner today.

Still working on the '71 but can't wait to cruise with that big ol' honkin 4 speed!

Damn, now I feel like going for a ride! LOL

When i'm at home for my work term i drive it about half the time. I've 2 vehicles so it's one or the other. I used to drive it 110+ miles each day as my commuter, only broke once on me. Dang outer tie rod broke as i turned into the parking lot at work.
The truck is great fun to drive and gets lots of attention.

I thought that is why we bought these things. Just pulled about 9000 LBS up a steep dirt road. Spinning the poor tires all the way up. 2 wheel drive. Sent the poor furd to the bottom of the hill to lock in his hubs to attemp again. He finally made it but then went home to replace his clutch.

I drive our '72 K/5 to school everyday and to work. It is pretty much my everyday driver. I have to deal with the gas prices with the 4" lift and 35's I put 20 bucks in every two to three days. Sucks gas but it's the biggest one in the parking lot!

Mine has sat outside under a car cover since November

I only drive it in the summer, we have snow from November till October, In the summer I drive it 3 or 4 times a week.

Hey at least that way it keeps the mileage down :P

Another week or two and I am back in bussiness again

Just about every day. I also have a

At about six miles to the gallon...I can hardly afford to drive it everyday. When the rear end conversion is finished I'll push 3:73 gears and that should make a big difference! Then I hope to drive it at least four times a week.
