And usually Over 50% of the time the conversation is in Spanish here. I'm a horrible speller in english so I won't even attempt spelling all this in spanish even though I do speak some spanish......

My brothers friends had a good laugh when they came up to Iowa from Georgia to go Phesant hunting and while they were here I asked what kind of "POP" they wanted to drink. That is all we have ever called soda up here so it is "POP CANS" up here too..

Yep, that is how it was growing up in South Texas. All sodas were called coke. Then the next question was, "What kind of coke do you want?" My usual response is, "I'll have a Dr. Pepper."

I work with other people who aren't native Texans so I'll usually say soft drink so they'll understand what I'm talking about.

Sprite is Sprite
Dr.Pepper is Dr.Pepper
You get the idea !!
Pop would be considered as any of the above
If you asked for a pop the responce would be " what kind do you want "

Born & raised in Oregon, it was always pop. My wife is from the midwest and calls it soda. I call it, for the most part, disgusting.

Wow I didn't expect my simple post to blow up like this lol.
I was actually hoping someone could explain what caused the ice formation that was in the bucket lol.
Actually I work at a retail grocery store and and we use pop or soda interchangeably but never really refer to anything other than a coke as a coke if someone, say a customer does than it's a dead giveaway there not from around here lol.

Getting closer to the house . Having an issue with the fuel gelling in the filter even after adding the conditioner and a little 911 . Every so often I had to heat the filter as the engine was stumbling and it would clear and run for a period of time then repeat. It’s almost empty going to get some fresh diesel tomorrow. It was 24 degrees today so that and summer mix diesel caused my problem.

folks bought it by the case for sub freezing time of year, leading brand

key is treating the tank before temps drop

drain and refill with #1 + heet, rinse with kerosene if needed

Ran fine today with the fresh diesel . Pain in the butt having to heat the bucket with a roofing torch to free the frozen dirt that accumulates.

oof, you're having all kinds of winter fun!

reminds me of clearing the barn lot during winter feeding - ease of grading is inversely proportionate to how bad it smells
