I had the day off today and decided to drive my truck for the day of boy I can see the gas needle go down as fast as the speedometer moves anyhow i shot some picts and wanted to share with you fellowes..
I cant believe how much fun is to drive this old truck.....

Hi Al. I've poured over your entire thread so far and your truck is simply beautiful. I have a question though, how well does your truck brake with the manual setup? I have just purchased a disc brake conversion for my 69, but don't have any experience with manual disc/drum combo. Again, great looking truck!

The manual brakes work perfect but you have to really push the pedal when needed. I really like the clean look of not having a booster. Thanks for the compliment on my bucket. Any questions just ask away...

Well saturday night my 2 1/2 year old and my self cleaned up sylvester as good as we could with his help. i was kind of undecided if we were going to go to a car show today or not.
Well I decided to go with him and we had a great time we were there till the end and my truck won best truck in the show. there were about 100 or so cars and trucks I will post a link for all the picts once they are loaded. I wanted to share with you all....

your truck is absolutely beautiful. Im at a cross roads with mine. Ive been having nothing but bad luck with mine, and Ive burned out. but im sure in a few days the spark will relight. love to see your kids in the sport with you! need more kids involved even with the cleaning. lol great truck.
