Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
plans there are a lot, especially since entering this forum, but the problem is that there is a lot of cash right now, since I'm building an house for my family, but I want everything first and then mechanical aesthetic.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
Hi! I'm new to this site and figured I'd stop in and show my newest bucket! I've already done my own flip kit on the rear and I'm waiting for my spindles, springs and shocks to get here tomorrow. Should be 5 and 5 when I get this stage done. Wheels are MB Old Schools.

Re: How about some pics of '73-'87 Short Beds
Here's an up date on my 83 K10. I've since added chrome bed rails, a chrome push bar with off road lights, single step up bars, cab grab handles.
Earlier today I added a chrome roll bar with a custom made light bar made to hold 5 off road lights neatly. The light bar is made of fiberglass with a spoiler/wing type look to it. Last night I added a pair of 8" Pioneer Truck Riders powered by a Rockford 300w amp all mounted behind my bench seat. Later this afternoon I am going to put on some old school stainless steel window vent guards. This has been a fun journey the last four months customizing this square, with more to come......Ray |
