Things are looking great! I want to say that you are sooooo lucky, but I know that luck has nothing to do with your accomplishments!...And I would also be a liar to say that I do not envy what you are doing! Even if you are not performing all of the work yourself, there is a huge talent in scouting a team that can, and managing their progress! I am sure that this is not going as quickly as you would want, and I am also sure that you are fully aware that, NOTHING EVER DOES! Kudo's to you my friend.
